Manetta

Manetta is one chimp who LOVES being up high! She is often lounging on the firehose or in a hammock. She is rarely seen on the ground. When offered juice, she will grab a toy such as a bucket for the caregivers to pour the juice into. She will then retreat to drink the juice from her toy. 

Manetta would most likely say she isn’t picky; she’s particular. Her caregivers would say she’s both and then some! Her pickiness made taking her daily birth control a recurring issue, but luckily, we were able to provide her with an IUD that allows her to be as picky and choosy as she’d like! Her and her besties like to spend loads of time outside in the habitat.
