Latricia

Latricia July 2021

Latricia is the oldest chimpanzee in her current social group. Her caregivers describe her as a fair and protective leader. She is friendly, curious, intelligent and focused. Latricia is an easygoing chimp who loves nothing more than taking it easy in one of her carefully-built and elaborate nests. Her special method of nest building involves weaving blankets through toys, mesh, and whatever other items she might have on hand.
