Lucky

Lucky’s favorite thing in the world is food. She has the best food grunts and will grunt very loudly with every piece of food you hand her. She loves food so much that she sometimes likes to help herself to other’s food as well.

Lucky is a very intelligent chimp. Often she seems to be one step ahead of her caregivers. Lucky’s best friend is Chloe, but she is also close with Panielle and Kivuli. During introductions with the males in her group Lucky became close to Kivuli and they have stayed close friends ever since!

Lucky is one of the most distinctive-looking chimps in the sanctuary. She has a skin condition known as vitiligo.
