Genesis July 2021

When she first arrived in sanctuary, Genesis was a rather introverted chimpanzee who seemed to prefer spending most of her time alone. Genesis has made great progress in the last few years here at Project Chimps. These days, she is a proficient nest maker. She likes to collect big blankets and wood wool to create giant, comfy beds. She is also becoming much more social and has formed a special friendship with Bo, an influential male within their group. Genesis loves the outdoor habitat and continues to explore more of it all the time
